Both classes will partake in a 2 Moto format with their scores from each moto tallied up to determine placing on the day. These motos will follow standard OO cross country format. VOLUNTEERS WANTED FOR THE 2025. ++++ Hi everyone, VOLUNTEERS WANTED FOR THE 2025. ++++ Hi everyone, Thanks again to all of you who’ve expressed interest in volunteering for the 2025 Off-Road Ontario Race Season. More than ever, we need volunteers! We understand how busy your lives are and how little time you have to yourselves and for your family, but giving back to the Off-Road racing community is a lot of fun and rewarding. For high school students looking to obtain their community service hours, this could be an exciting and fun way to do it. If you want to be part of the season, just do it. There’s no formal approval process or need to wait for someone to assign you a task. One of our biggest hurdles in the past has been people waiting to be asked. Honestly, the most helpful volunteers are the ones who say, “I’ll take care of X,” and then just run with it. If it helps the races, you’ll get the green light from me. Here’s a (non-exhaustive) list of roles we really need help with: * Volunteer Coordinator – Someone to help manage, recruit, and stay in touch with volunteers at each event. Think of it as the logistics nerve centre for our crew. * ⁠Race Medics – Basic first aid support until paramedics arrive. You’ll sweep behind the racers, clearly marked, and provide immediate care if needed. * ⁠Kids Program Lead (or volunteers) – Help ensure the morning races for kids run smoothly, and contribute ideas to improve the Youth Enduro Series. * ⁠Race Scrutineer – Attend events in advance to ensure the track meets OO Race Standards. Film the course with a GoPro and upload footage so racers can preview it. * ⁠Scoring Support – Help our team keep accurate race results. * ⁠Tech Inspection – Make sure racers have the required equipment: RDF tags, helmet stickers, etc. * ⁠And of course—if you see something that needs doing, and you’re willing to take it on, go for it. We thrive on initiative. If it helps the sport and the events run better, I guarantee it’ll be appreciated. Let’s make 2025 our best season yet! Jeff is an active volunteer with Off-Road Ontario and has served as our head of registration over the past several years. He is looking forward to stepping into the role of referee for the 2025 season. If you see him out there, waiving a checkered flag and sending racers off, be sure to say hi! LET'S GO RACING!!! XC Series Schedule -May 24 & 25: Gopher Dunes XC (Courtland) -June 8: RJs XC (Tentative: May be June 1) (Midhurst) -June 14: Gooderham XC (Gooderham) -August 2 & 3: Chloe’s Kingdom XC (Cloyne) -August 17: Voodoo Ranch XC (Youth & Adult) (Sudbury) -September 6: Rumble on the Rumball XC (Parry Sound) -September 13: Gully Mor XC (Unconfirmed) (Alviston) - (TBD) Walton XC Youth Enduro Series -June 28-29: Humber River Hurry (Mono) -July 12-13: Black Bear (Bonfield) -August 16: Voodoo Ranch Sprint Enduro (Sudbury) Enduro Series -April 27: Beagle Bash Enduro (Courtland) -August 16: Voodoo Ranch Sprint Enduro (Sudbury) -September 18-21: Corduroy Enduro (Gooderham) Important Notes: Race dates may be subject to change based on promoter updates. Voodoo Ranch will host a Sprint Enduro on August 16, followed by an XC race on August 17. Peewee riders will race in XC format on both days at Voodoo Ranch. Gully Mor XC is unconfirmed at this time.

The objective of Off-Road Ontario is to offer a Provincial Series of family-friendly off-road motorcycle racing events. Our class structure is designed to facilitate learning and enjoying the sport at any age, gender or level of experience. The competition is designed to create just the right challenge for anyone from trail rider to Pro racer. OO Membership purchase at the event will not be available and you must register online. �Two new Women Classes for 2025. Women U16 (under 16 years old as of Jan 1st) and Women 35 (35 as of Jan 1st) If you wait to register at the event you will still need to do it on a computer or a phone at the event before you can enter. A computer may be provided when possible so you can sign up online. It is very difficult to find volunteers for every event and this will help reduce the amount of volunteers required. By having everyone registering online we will not need to have a volunteer dedicated to the membership payment and validation
