Cole Thompson started the weekend with a great point lead in the 450 AX class giving him confidence heading into the last 2 races of the arenacross season. After qualifying 1st with some record lap times on both nights, Cole showed great speed in his heat races getting him prime gate pick for his main events. In both finals, Thompson displayed his arenacross expertise by making some tough passes and putting himself on top of the podium. These multiple accomplishments lead Cole to the 450 AX Tour Championship victory and a significant point lead for the full Triple Crown Series.
