Little throwback to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Beagle Bash. Equipment was pretty much the same 🙂
The top picture is the first Beagle Bash Enduro in 1976 starting at the Walsh Community Centre. Left to right on bikes are Doug Kent on a Bultaco, Dave Sandham on a Bultaco and Bob Martin on a TY Yamaha. The second picture is 1979, Doug Kent picking up his bike after coming out of culvert under Reg #16 road. Those are real leather pants. Hot but better protection than blue jeans.
